ABOUT IDAM
Hi, I'm Sushma. I grew up in Bangalore, surrounded by friends from all over India — and with that came a beautiful, diverse world of food. Now settled in Seattle, I found myself longing for those familiar flavors — and that longing turned into IDAM Foods.
IDAM focuses on Indian and Indian fusion cuisine, blending tradition with a touch of creativity while staying rooted in authenticity. Every dish is my attempt to recreate those cherished memories with the same care, warmth, and authenticity they deserve.
